F50 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the f50 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the f50 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the f50 platform.

Use of the f50 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not located in any region or country where the use of such platforms is prohibited under local law.
  • Register with accurate, truthful, and complete information.

F50 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to revoke access if the eligibility requirements are no longer met.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is only permitted to maintain one active account on the f50 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date whenever changes occur.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. f50 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify f50 immediately via the support email.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. The platform must not be used for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to disrupt platform operations, or to harm other users. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use unauthorised third-party software, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account closure and possible legal action.

3. Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the f50 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). f50 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly. Supported payment methods include FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer.

Deposit

All deposits are final once processed and credited to the account. f50 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that transfer details are correct before confirming any deposit transaction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts or digital wallets verified under the same user's name. f50 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to one business day. f50 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious withdrawals for investigation purposes without prior notice.

Disputed Transactions

If you notice any transaction you do not recognise or believe to be erroneous, you must contact f50 support within 14 days of the transaction date. f50 will investigate the matter and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

F50 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. f50 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or business disruption. f50's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount you had deposited in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

Intellectual Property

All content on the f50 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of f50 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from f50.

Third-Party Links

The f50 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. f50 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services and accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss arising from their use. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third party before using their services.

5. Account Policies, Suspension and Termination

Account Suspension

F50 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected, a fraud complaint has been raised, or an internal investigation is required. During the suspension period, the user will be unable to access their account, make deposits, or request withdrawals. f50 will notify the user of the suspension and the steps to be taken via their registered email address.

Account Closure by f50

F50 reserves the right to permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions, identity fraud, use of unauthorised payment methods, attempts to manipulate games or systems, or if the user is found to be underage. Following closure, any legitimate remaining balance (subject to review) may be claimed through an appeals process within 30 days.

Closure by User

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting f50 support. Any active balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of identity verification. Account closure requests cannot be submitted while there are pending transactions or disputes currently under investigation.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

F50 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, f50 will endeavour to notify active users of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the applicable terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the f50 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
